Sales Representative


  • Candidates preferably possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture or equivalent, and Marketing and or equivalent.
  • With advantage as Sales Representative in Agriculture field.
  • Computer proficient and has good communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people handling skills, very good customer-orientation skills.
  • Willing to travel and do field works


  • Responsible and accountable for supervising a team
  • To organize his/her department and employees, visualize future impacts and needs, energize the employees to get their tasks done and supervise their work ensuring that the productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by effectively communicating the sales pitch to potential clients.
  • Conducts product presentations and demonstrations to current and potential clients.
  • Generate new client leads and opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Maintains record on area and customer sales for report purposes.
  • Recommends innovative promotional activities when deemed necessary to enhance product presence expand market share and achieve sales growth
